My Toyota was part of a recall for the frame and another local dealership in town said it was perfectly fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. I called the corporate offices who then referred me to Al Hendrickson Toyota for another inspection. Not only did they replace my frame but also various other parts as well. They even made sure that I was immediately put into a rental car since the safety of my vehicle was in question. Norman Frantz, The service manager, was courteous friendly and kept me informed Of the entire process. I would never go to another dealership other than Al Hendrickson Toyota! More
