After briefly explaining to him what I was looking for he asked me to wait while he walked up the hill to retrieve the car I had described; he actually had to walk the hill twice because the car was blocked and other cars had to be moved). Way over and above. I leased my Honda 3 years ago and Norman was my salesman and this was my first introduction to this dealership. A very satisfying experience and I kne I leased my Honda 3 years ago and Norman was my salesman and this was my first introduction to this dealership. A very satisfying experience and I knew I found a comfort zone. Norman is over the top as a sales person and so helpful. From that point on, I knew I would bring my Civic there for service and have been doing so and now I've extended my lease for another 12 months. It's always a pleasure to go there; so welcoming. Matt is on top of the process and always so helpful and so informative. Simple, quick experience This was my second time getting a lease through Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. Both times, Norman was my car dealer and he was great.
