Made it right This is my 5th Honda purchase in a row and it started out rocky. That's how it goes sometimes but what we all hope for is a resolution and someone that will make things right. Rob Phillipo of Herb Chambers did just that. I'm very happy with the car I'm driving and the deal we made. As long as Rob is there I will certainly be back for my next Honda. Thank you. P.s. Even though I'm not new to the model Norm taught me a few things about the car I had not been aware of, some great functions. Thanks for taking the time Norm. More

This is a good story ... so bear with me for it is not a short one. I recently received a recall notice on my Odyssey van. Herb Chambers took care of it efficiently and advised me to take care of my tires short one. I recently received a recall notice on my Odyssey van. Herb Chambers took care of it efficiently and advised me to take care of my tires and brakes which I knew to be good advice and for which I was guilty of procrastinating. They did the work very much to my satisfaction and charged a fair price. All good so far. A few days later I received a call from Conor (?) letting me know that Odysseys were in high demand and that they would apply the total repair bill towards a trade-in if I should decide to deal. It just so happened that my wife's 14 year old Audi was showing severe signs of aging so the visit made sense. Mark showed Sandy a gorgeous 2010 Accord got the price down to our range and a deal looked to be done. That's when the wheels came off, pun intended. Evidently the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and the Used Car Manager evidently would not approve Conor's original offer. That was enough to sour me on what was otherwise a very positive experience. And so I wrote up my experience on this very page. And it pretty much would have ended there had not Matt, one of the managers, been reading these reviews ... so rest assured that if you write it, they will read it! So in a matter of a few hours after having posted my review, honestly raving about the excellent service at HC, and being critical, but fair, about an unfortunate communication gap, Matt was leaving no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of the problem and fixing it, saving the deal. And now for the entertaining part ... exactly when Matt called, my sister, on my advice, had brought her Fit in for some service to Herb Chambers. I joked with Matt that he must be calling to say what a great time he was having bonding with Pam. Of course he had no clue what I was talking about and when I filled him in, he saw an opportunity too good to pass up. From that moment on, Pam was treated like Royalty and could not begin to understand why! :-) She now swears she will drive down from Concord N.H. to have her car worked on whenever necessary at Herb Chambers in Westboro. And I will not soon forget how all the people I met (never did meet the Used Car Manager), both before and after the deal was made, broken and remade, bent over backwards to treat my wife, my sister and myself the way a customer ought to be treated. I have never been a fan of dealerships and never placed much trust in them. When it came time for a new car I visited Herb Chambers Honda because I had heard such great things about them. Norman really cha much trust in them. When it came time for a new car I visited Herb Chambers Honda because I had heard such great things about them. Norman really changed my whole perception of the car-buying process. No pressure was applied at any point trying to sell extra services or useless items. I was given what I needed and ASKED if there was anything else they could do. During the process there were a few bumps in the road obtaining the title to the vehicle as it was used and a Hyundai (this was in no way the fault of this dealership). This issue could have made the process painful but Norman was able to hook me up with a rental car, free of charge, until the title came in so that I did not have to drive the car I was trading in any longer. Norman and Herb Chambers Honda bent over backwards for me and I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them in future efforts to buy vehicles. More

Norman introduced me to my 2010 Honda Civic Lx after listening to my needs and wants and working with me on my much less than perfect credit. He treated me no different than someone walking in with perf listening to my needs and wants and working with me on my much less than perfect credit. He treated me no different than someone walking in with perfect credit and a lot of cash to put down. He hooked me up with Adam Tremblay, Finance Director to seal the deal I needed to purchase my car. They exceeded my expectations and made my experience positive and satisfactory. Norman and Adam are the best hands down! I went back to get my SI sticker and registration and the Service Department was timely and courteous. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers of Westborough for your future car buying needs! More

My wife and I visited Herb chambers on February 13,2013 . Our lease was ending on my 2010 accord . I had called to schedule an appointment on the previous Saturday . I spoke with Kenneth from the internet sales dept who was there despite the blizzard, He was very courteous and friendly to speak with and he set tone for our experience. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by salesman Jonathan Belez. Jonathan made a good first impression with us having never met him before. He was very professional from the start and it on showed more on our test drive with his knowledge of the vehicle and his calm and pleasant attitude. After the test drive we began the finance process where we met Dan. He also was very professional courteous. We where in and out in no time at all and driving home in our new 2013 pilot. which absolutely love. I had to return the next day to get my inspection sticker. I was helped by Tony Ngo in service who had me in and out in a flash. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the search of a new or used car and make sure you use salesman Jonathan Belez . He's great. More

Because I am a widow, I have leased a Honda every 3 years, beginning when I lived on the Cape around 1974 and in following years when I lived in Boston, Charlton and now in Oxford.
