I had an appointment in the morning because I work at 12. My advisor was busy on the phone and instead of getting another advisor to help me , I had to ask for a manager to help me. He has been both professional and personal in ensuring my than SUPERB! Norman has been my vehicle technician since 2017 when I relocated to Tampa. He has been both professional and personal in ensuring my vehicles are repaired at the best possible price and quality of service. I have rarely had to return the vehicles for follow-up work. I own a 1998 4-Runner with 409K miles and a 2006 Avalon with 208K miles. Both vehicles are well-maintained and operate as if they were new vehicles. This could only have been possible with the timely and cost-effective recommendations for service and repairs that Norman has made over the years.
