I brought my 2009 car in for routine service and checked with sales to see what was available in the preowned inventory. Four sales people were meeting in an office, all turned and saw me. SHE was fantastic. Noor checked the inventory, found the exact car I was looking for (red, RX 350, low mileage), and accompanied me on a test drive explaining all the bells and whistles. Noor was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable. I had to buy a car from her. She was clear and patient throughout the entire process. I’ve always been pleased with the service department. I worked with Eric for years. He was so good at his job he was promoted to the Hingham dealership. I’m working with Jackson now and he is great as well. Wonderful service is a main reason I wanted another Lexus. Noor was easy to work with. I wish I needed more cars I could buy from her. Mr. Chambers, you are fortunate to have such a valuable employee. More
