Malcom met us and was the "perfect" salesman. He explained the difference in the cars we were looking at and was very familiar with the options and features. He did not even ask for my phone number or email. Unfortunately, he was not available the next day when we went to buy. ODell filled in nicely but was not as familiar with how all the car features worked. The process was fairly quick and professional. More
