I was in a bind! Brian and his team worked & worked until they got the best deal for me. I appreciate all their hard work, my monthly payment is within my budget. Dealership itself is cool. It’s just the making clear of the services & how it works. They tell me life time oil changes & then say that means just 2 a year lol. That’s funny & It’s just the making clear of the services & how it works. They tell me life time oil changes & then say that means just 2 a year lol. That’s funny & misleading to me. Soooooo what in the heck did I pre pay for? I might as well have save a few thousand & just got my own oil changes from like Jiffy lube More

Omar was great! Kristopher in finance was great! The girl in the service department was terrible. I think her name is Alexa. I was probably not very pleasant with he Kristopher in finance was great! The girl in the service department was terrible. I think her name is Alexa. I was probably not very pleasant with her, but I just bought a brand new truck that had major problems and she wanted to argue with me a was very rude. Here job in my opinion is to calm the irate customer down and not argue with me and escalate the situation. The service after the sale is as important or more important than the sale. My truck is still in the shop being fixed as I am writing this. But everyone but her is trying to make it right. I will update after I get me truck back. More

Monday: Omar El Fassi and Robert Torino were both friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Although the final cost was a bit more than I had planned, and I hadn't planned on buying that day, I fe friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Although the final cost was a bit more than I had planned, and I hadn't planned on buying that day, I felt they gave me a good deal so I agreed to purchase the car, which part of the agreement was to deliver the car to my home the following day After a bit of time I was brought into Matthew Yee's office for the paperwork. Once all the finance and sales paperwork was printed out, I was asked to take it home, and have both me and my wife (as co app), sign, as marked, then give the completed work to whomever delivered the car to return it to Matthew. Driving home that evening anticipating the delivery of the car in the morning, I was all giddy like a 12 year old kid with a new bike at Christmas. Tuesday: Upon review of the paperwork, I saw that there was $2098 added above the agreed OTD price, so I immediately sent an email to Omar, Robert, and Matthew, to not deliver the car until the matter was settled. That morning I called Omar in order to get some action going. Later I was informed that Matthew was off sick and he was the only one that could explain what occurred with the paperwork. Wednesday: Not hearing from anyone I called and left a message on Mr. Sills phone. I waited an hour, and then I called Mr. King, who answered immediately and listened to my tale of woe. His response to the issue indicated something was going to be done and soon. Within minutes, Nacer Menouni called me and wanted to know if Friday was acceptable to finish the sale. I was not agreeable to that so in order to make it happen, he arranged Lisa Black, to come to my house, pick my wife and I up, and bring us to the dealership (a 1-1/4 hour, one way trip). When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and led to a lounge area. David Funk then took us to his office to complete the paperwork. The paperwork went smooth, however there was a huge hiccup regarding warranties, I found out later. I had asked for a copy of the Ford Gold certified warranty that came with the car I purchased, and I asked for a copy of the listed covered items on the extended warranty offered that was shown to us as an option. David replied that all the warranty information would be included in the flash drive containing all the paperwork. Well guess what? Later that night reviewing the flash drive, I did not find anything on the warranties other than how to contact the venue for the extended warranty, so the next day I sent an email to David asking for the warranties, but never received a reply. I ended up calling Ford Customer Service on 05-06-23, Case # 42675768, to obtain the information I requested. Let me add something about Lisa Black...Never, ever, let this delightful lady leave your dealership. She was an absolute pleasure speaking with during our ride back, and I will tell you, she is an Ambassador to Elder Ford. She had nothing but praise for where she worked, the people she deals with including customers, and the work she does. My wife and I just finished a trip to Michigan, with our "new", car and it was awesome on the road. Our neighbors offer complements on the car too. Bottom line is you have a bunch of nice people there, but the added $2098 above the OTD price along with the following absence of the finance manager who drafted the paperwork, and the failure to get the warranty information at the dealership level, all together still gnaws at me.
