I completed another survey Micheal Mills never gave up on the sale. I was in process to buy another SUV from a different manufacturer. At N. Olmsted Halleen did not have the SUV I wanted. On New Years on the sale. I was in process to buy another SUV from a different manufacturer. At N. Olmsted Halleen did not have the SUV I wanted. On New Years eve Mike called said they had a SUV in Sandusky I might like. I drove there since it was close to my home/office. I tested it liked it, told Mike we have a deal. Mike drove the 80 mile round trip to get the car we conpleted the purchase of the Telluride on New Years eve at 7pm. I have purchased many vechiles I have never had a sales person put so much effort into selling me a vechile. Great experience and great effort by Michael Mills. More

Natalyya was outstanding. But the signing of the paperwork was tricky he tried to add things I didn’t want. I had to go back out to the dealership and have them removed. Sales guy was Very helpful and answered all questions. Charles was amazing. The finance guy stayed that there was a Kia dealership in a nearby town to sell the warranty and there isn't!!! He implied that Charles was amazing. The finance guy stayed that there was a Kia dealership in a nearby town to sell the warranty and there isn't!!! He implied that the warranty covers electrical but I was overwhelmed and not given copies of things I signed even though he gave me several papers. Now I have no idea what the warranty covers. Just another shady guy in a car place. More
