A Great Car-Buying Experience I had the pleasure of working with Carol yesterday with my car-buying needs. I brought in a 2012 Sonata to trade in and purchased a 2015 Forte EX. C I had the pleasure of working with Carol yesterday with my car-buying needs. I brought in a 2012 Sonata to trade in and purchased a 2015 Forte EX. Carol explained the different trim packages and found a car that matched my exact needs. I had a strict budget to work with and Carol did all she could to ensure that I would stay within that number. I was underwater on my trade in and Carol worked with me to obtain the highest trade in value possible. I could tell that Carol was interested in not only selling me a high quality vehicle, but also doing what was best for me and my family. This was my first visit to Halleen Kia but it will definitely not be my last. Because of my wonderful experience in working with Carol and the staff, I will be sure to recommend Carol, and this dealership, to friends and family for their vehicle needs. More

Great service I recently signed a lease on a 2014 Rio with help from Bryan Megon. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. I came in early in the month to test I recently signed a lease on a 2014 Rio with help from Bryan Megon. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. I came in early in the month to test drive a few cars and he gave me a quote. I was approved for a lease, but explained that I was not quite ready to get the car. I really appreciated that I was not pressured to make a move quickly. I returned a few weeks later to complete the transaction. He helped me get the maximum discount for which I was qualified and took the time to get in the car with me to explain some of the features. I appreciate that he is a veteran, as I am as well. I was assissted with the lease paperwork by Oleg, who was also friendly and not pushy. I was referred to this location by my sister, who is a very happy customer, and I have referred another individual, thanks to the very positive experience I had. More

Outstanding I want to write to say thank you to Dave and the team that helped me get into my "new to me" Kia Forte. I went into the dealership with pre-approved I want to write to say thank you to Dave and the team that helped me get into my "new to me" Kia Forte. I went into the dealership with pre-approved credit with a certain finance company. We looked at a couple of vehicles and ended up selecting the 2011 Forte. Unfortunately, the finance I went in with was not sufficient to cover what we needed and fit within our budget. Dave worked with the team and was able to secure finance with another company at a much lower rate and worked with us to ensure the payments fit within our budget. The team worked an hour and a half after the dealership had closed for the night to make sure I went home with my new car. Thank you to Dave and the rest of the team for your outstanding effort that was above and beyond anything I've experience buying any product in the past. More

Richard was amazing to work with-- extremely knowledgeable and honest. To be honest, I was just looking and arrived an hour before closing thinking the sales people wouldn't 'bother' me and I could just look by myself. It's so hard to find car salesman with integrity and I feel comfortable with and I can trust. I was looking at the car online, but never intended to drive it off the lot today, but it was all because of Richard's service. John and Oleg also made the experience seamless and stress free. I will be sending everyone I know to Haleen Kia, not to mention they just gained a lifetime customer. More

This is the best auto dealership in the country, with friendly staff from owner to sales to service to custodian where auto customers can be treated with respect in the car buying process from the time friendly staff from owner to sales to service to custodian where auto customers can be treated with respect in the car buying process from the time they step in the door to the time the auto sales contract is signed and keys given to the purchased auto of choice. That level of excellence permeates all the way through the car service department in which the customers feel like part of the family as they are pateintly treated like royalty while the beautiful Kia cars get serviced by excellent, qualifed and knowledgable maintenance workers . There is no dealership like Halleen, based on my 45+ years of car ownership with other competitors. Mr. Halleen should be nominated for dealership of the year. More

This was not the "typical" car salesman. We were pleasantly surprised to find Jim McConville to be easy going, engaging, and concerned for our overall satisfaction. He guided us to what would best suit our family's needs. When it came to price we were pleased with how far our $ went and that they really worked with financing with us. Even though it was getting late, he made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the sale and the car. This is a GREAT dealership with WONDERFUL people. Oleg, the finance manager, was also great and explained everything in detail. Both Jim and Oleg were Awesome with our 9 yr old son, they were funny and listened to Collin - which is a big deal to a 9 yr old. We bought a KIA SOUL...LOVE IT!!! Thanks Halleen, you ROCK! From the moment I inquired on the internet to the time I walked in the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and concern the employees have for a customer. Nilda Miller was very walked in the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and concern the employees have for a customer. Nilda Miller was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable about the cars I inquired about. She was prompt on return calls and set up an appointment with Charles Scott for me. Charles was very thorough in the explanation of all the various components of the car giving the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Not having a new car since 1999 has brought many changes in cars through all those years and Charles was even willing to set up many of the conveniences, such as bluetooth, for me. Oleg Gera was very thorough in his explanation of the finance agreement and extra options offered for the customers convenience. Overall, the experience was well worth it. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to definetly visit Haleen Kia and the aformentioned employees for a fair price, quality service and overall A-1 experience. I purchased a 2013 Rio at Halleen Kia North Olmsted on 6/27/12; I had looked at the Hundyai Accent, Mazda 2 & Nissan Versa and chose the Kia Rio for several different reasons. I preferred the Rio for the 6/27/12; I had looked at the Hundyai Accent, Mazda 2 & Nissan Versa and chose the Kia Rio for several different reasons. I preferred the Rio for the handling, performance and appearance, and also because of the salesman at Halleen Kia; Charles Scott. Being the Customer Service Manager at a large, very diverse metal stamping company, I deal with several different types of people on daily basis (good and not so nice) and I am aware of the importance of customer service. It can make or break a business. I initally test drove a Rio at a another dealership in Cleveland and based on the salesman and the dealership, I left and test drove the other vehicles as I just wasn't completely sold. I know now; based on my experiences over the last few days of visiting other dealerships and driving the different cars, the final reason I chose the Rio was not just because of the overall vehicle itself, but the determining factor was the experience with Charles and the Halleen Kia staff. I was close to considering the Nissan Versa and if it were my husband's choice that would have been the car, but I can honestly say the reason I did not chose the Versa was because of the salesman at Nissan. Charles at Halleen, was personable and made us feel comfortable from the moment he walked up, shook our hands and introduced himself. He took the time to listen to what we had to say, he asked questions sincerely yet professionally and made us feel from the beginning of the experience that he was genuine about getting me into car. Having a chronically ill son, has made our credit situation very uncomfortable and what feels almost embarrassing. Charles took the time to listen and understand, and not judge. He was straight forward and told us he would see what he could do, but if he wasn't able to secure financing at the dollar amount where we had to be, that he would not push us or get us into something we could not afford. I have heard that before in different situations, but have not beleived it. With Charles, I did believe he was being honest; and not just out to make the "buck" first. He really made my husband and I feel like we did come first, and what we needed and could afford was the priority; not like the ususal sleezy "yes man" that would say anything to get us into a car we can't afford just to make the sale. This really makes the difference, not only from a customer service stand point, but just being a "good person". I beleive people pick up on that and that is what makes the difference when dealing with the public or in a service related business. From the moment we stepped on to lot until we left late that night with my new car, the entire experience was a pleasant and positive one. From Charles our salesman to Oleg in financing, and just being introduced to Vince in Service, everyone at Halleen Kia North Olmsted made our car buying experience postive and painless, and actually very enjoyable. I would and will recommend Halleen and Charles in the furure to friends and family and will go back. Great Job!!! More
