Charles is great to work with Charles worked with me on two visits to Halleen Kia as I shopped for a certified Kia Soul. He answered all my questions in the office and while I test Charles worked with me on two visits to Halleen Kia as I shopped for a certified Kia Soul. He answered all my questions in the office and while I test drove one model. He also helped me through the process of purchasing a different model at a lower price. I wasn't ready to buy on my first visit due to factors including limited time that day. Charles did not apply any pressure and made sure I knew how to reach him and when he would be working the next day. I decided then that if I were to buy, I wanted Charles to get the sale. He is courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to any friends or family members looking for a car. The thing that kept me from giving the dealership five stars was the financing process. It took a lot longer than I had anticipated and there was a hard sell on the service agreement. More
