I found my way to the dealership via their website. I browsed cars online found two models I liked and sent for an eQuote. Nilda Miller, Manager of Internet Sale, was very responsive. When I visited the dealership I was worked with Greg Zonai. The last time I bought a new car was about six years ago and it was a long and painful experience and I still have flashbacks :) I knew that my visit to Haleen Kia would be different because my mom, brother and daughter all have recently purchased a Kia and they had very good experiences. Greg Zonai was waiting for me at the door and he answered all my questions regarding the different models. I let him know that I spent a two hour highway commute every day and I needed a car that had excellent gas mileage. He took the time to explain the gas consumption and cost savings of the model I was interested in buying. My experience with Greg was very low key, no pressure, and a good experience. Oleg Gera, Finance Manager, was easy going and he saved me more money in the long run! Nilda Miller, Internet Sales Manager, checked on me throughout my visit asking how everything was going. I drove off the lot in my new KIA Optima loving my new ride and the fact that I got a great deal and didn't have a headache!! More

My husband and I enjoyed working with Richard Kwiatkowski. He was very honest and very pleasant to work with. They even had toys and coloring books for our boys to play with when we were waiting! I also thought that it was very nice of them to call numerous times to see if everything was going smoothly and that we still loved our car! It was a great experience purchasing a new car with Halleen. Everyone was so friendly and made my purchase fun and non-stressful. I was greeted right away. I went there to buy my first car. Immediately as we pulled up, Mark greeted us and asked us if we wanted to be left alone or if we needed some help. I really appreciated his laid back attitude. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he showed us a few models. We found a car that was not yet "for sale", that is, it hadn't been cleaned. It fit the bill perfectly. We took it out for a test drive after having spent maybe 5 minutes on the lot. The entire time, Mark was very friendly and had a great attitude towards helping a first time buyer. We got back to the dealership and were able to take care of getting me a quote really fast. We were able to negotiate a great price. He was also very understanding about having to transfer money between bank accounts and told me to call in when they can deposit the check. I called Mark the next day informing him that my insurance was taken care of and that I was ready to pick it up whenever it was done being detailed. He told me that I can probably come 2 hours earlier than my quoted time, but he'll call me back in an hour to be sure. He called me back and told me I can actually come 3 hours earlier. Perfect. I got to the dealership and had everything but the financing signed very quickly. Besides the misquoted wait time (which was partially my fault as I had gotten there 15 minutes later than I said I would), I was done with the financing with Oleg very quickly. He was also very patient and friendly. All in all, I got a great car at a great value and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
