This was one of the best car buying experience's I've had. Olivia was very pleasant to work with and there was no pressure. She kept me updated as I waited for the vehicle to be delivered. She took the time to explain the vehicle to me and showed me how to set up the Ford Pass app. Marie, the Finance Mgr, was also great to work with. Olivia has been the ONLY sales person I will see for a vehicle ANYWHERE! I am not a customer that’s easily pleased! Olivia took the time and did everything she could to get my prices down and make s vehicle ANYWHERE! I am not a customer that’s easily pleased! After a 16 month wait, from reservation to delivery I received my 2021 Bronco Wildtrak 2 dr hardtop in antimatter blue on dec 13th & couldn't be happier. so worth the wait.
