Over the years I have bought several vehicles wether it be new or used. Out of all of the sales people I have ever delt with this was the most pleasent experiance I have ever had.Ollie was very friendly an be new or used. I only delt with Ollie and that was a pleasure. Most times buying a vehicle is a 5-6 hour process. I think with this purchase we spent about 2 hours total at the dealerdhip. The Financial guy (Daniel)?? I think was very informative and not overberring when it came to buying a warranty. He was very helpful in explaining things without being pushy, and sold me on the extended warranty. Had a very nice experience at 5StarFord. The CarPro sent me there and the meeting with Terry Rich was very nice. They did not have the truck I wanted on the lot but they found one and the delivey experienc me there and the meeting with Terry Rich was very nice. Sales staff seemed uninterested in helping me find a new Mustang. Either they thought I wasn't serious or just were apathetic about this particular model. I asked them to call me when they got the specifi Mustang. Either they thought I wasn't serious or just were apathetic about this particular model. I asked them to call me when they got the specific features I was looking for in a new Mustang. They never bothered. They offered to get me a car from another dealer but I explained that I would only do so if I could test drive or at least see it. They declined and said they would call me when they get one in with some of the major features I wanted. I went back a few weeks later and found out they had one but sold it that morning? Where was my phone call? I ended up buying from a different dealer who cared about earning my business rather then giving me a run around. Someone who would actually take the time to not only go to another dealership nearby but also let me drive a fully loaded Mustang there to find my car. Every dealer should work that hard for a sale, don't put barriers in front of a sale. Make it easy for the buyer. More
