Process and price were great. a word of advice, all the extra warranty and appearance protection stuff isn't worth a penny. We were looking for a newer Nissan Rogue (under 30K miles). Echo Park had the largest selction available. All their cars are accident-free on Carfax with clear titles (no salvage vehicles). The Nissan Rogue we selected was rated as a "good deal" on Carfax, below retail value ($1,400 under). Anthony Holmes was our sales rep. We can't say enough nice things about him! We specifically asked for their fastest salesperson at check-in. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and knew all the features on the 2020 Nissan Rogue Special Edition. We also got the extended warranty and the exterior and interior vehicle protection packages. Based on the amount of hail we get in Adams County, I expect we'll need to use it within 5 years. He was extremely professional and the entire process only took a few hours. He carefully explained all the pages we signed. 5 Stars More
