Omar allocated the car and got it to be in my possession with no time wasted. It took a little while but thats because it was imported. We had a fantastic experience at this dealer. We had a very specific car that we were looking for - color, trim, packages, etc... He was extremely prompt and attentive to our initial internet in We had a very specific car that we were looking for - color, trim, packages, etc... He was extremely prompt and attentive to our initial internet inquiry and followed up with our questions extremely fast. We were having difficulty finding this car and reached out Toyota of Lancaster to see what they might have. They had the right trim/package, but wrong color. Omar Dirky, the sales person, went the extra mile and did all kinds of research with other dealers. He finally tracked down exactly what we were looking for and then personally drove out to get it that same day. He gave us a great deal and we have been thrilled with the car. Omar goes the extra mile, we really mean it. He also took time to go over every feature so we knew exactly how to operate everything day one. He also got us hooked up with the phone and operating the technology. Then he gave us some suggestions to protecting the car's finish and tinting. Extremely helpful information! Can't recommend this dealer and Omar more highly - they definitely go the extra mile and got us into a car with little effort. More

Omar was amazing! He was very responsive and friendly and forthcoming. He followed up about every detailed off-the-wall question I asked him, even after hours. On top He was very responsive and friendly and forthcoming. He followed up about every detailed off-the-wall question I asked him, even after hours. On top of that, he was very patient with all the snafus with the transportation company (I bought the car from 400 miles away!). I would absolutely trust him with my next car purchase and direct friends his way. Thank you so much Omar for the great interactions and trying to make this as smooth as possible. Omar was phenomenal, very professional, thorough and experienced with the auto industry. I had been trying to get a specific vehicle for several months, within minutes of talking to Omar over the phone experienced with the auto industry. I had been trying to get a specific vehicle for several months, within minutes of talking to Omar over the phone I knew this guy knew his stuff an how to get things done. He found a way to get the vehicle I wanted an close the deal in 24hrs. I couldn’t say thank you enough, I personally feel the deal was better than what I expected and I couldn’t be happier. Toyota of Lancaster was very clean, professional and courteous. After having the same vehicle for about 10yrs I was alittle nervous about the car buying process but Omar stayed patient answered all my repetitive questions an I felt good driving off in my new truck. - also would add they are very veteran friendly.
