Met with Omar Ihjul for the paper work and he also made it so quick and easy. Celio Melicio explained the features in the car. Everyone here is friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They even gave us a voucher to eat at the diner next door while they got the car ready! Honestly, we have never had such a good experience at a car dealership....Imperial Chevrolet is the place to go. More

We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by tryi We bought a Chevy Traverse today from Imperial with Paul Macchi as our salesman. We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by trying to negotiatate internally for the best trade in value for us. At the end of the day I'd say he did his job for us and Imperial. While we didn't get everything we asked we compromised so we felt good about the purchase. The process we nice, no pressure. We threw him a few curve-balls, like changing our choice of cars, midstream and he was understanding and accepted that we as customers were entitled to change our minds. The visit with the finance department was equally professional without pressure. I have been there before for service of my existing Chevy Malibu and it's the most low key dealership I've experienced. I'd recommend to those looking for a new car to check them out. More

Excellent experience I’ve been searching for a car for two months now. I went to about 12 different dealerships throughout Mass and New Hampshire and never had a good experience. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for online at Imperial Chevy so I set up an appointment and went to check it out. I had Jazz as a salesman and he went above and beyond. He was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any kind of pressure from him to purchase, and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We worked out a great deal and I bought the car. I dealt with Omar in finance and he was friendly and knowledgeable, treated me with respect and made the entire process easy and painless. Another thing that stood out to me was after I purchased the car and paid for it, Jazz came outside and helped me get it set up. He went above and beyond and taught me how to use most of the features. Other dealerships would have given you the keys and said “see ya” but at imperial I was treated so much better. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jazz and Omar and I’ll be recommending this dealership to my friends, and will be purchasing vehicles here from now on. More
