After careful consideration, I decided to check out Imperial Chevrolet since they had some pretty great reviews online. And after my experience with purchasing a used Tahoe from them, here's another great review. Firas Ektilah greeted me and my family upon arrival, and I immediately felt at ease with his sincerity. We weren't expecting to leave a dealership purchasing a car that day. But at Imperial, we did. Even my leery husband was impressed with Firas and the entire experience. They fed us pizza while we waited to get approved for financing (my credit score is less than stellar). The staff entertained my 3 year old son the entire time, so not even a toddler meltdown happened after both my husband and I test drove, came to terms, and decided to follow through with the financing process. The showroom is decorated with lots of really cool sports memorabilia, and a nice entertainment area. Very impressive. If you're looking for a transparent car dealership that you want to trust and put you at ease about buying a new or used vehicle, (who doesn't) then I highly recommend Firas Ektilah and Imperial Chevrolet. I finally have the car I've been wanting for years. Very happy customer here! More
