We will start off by saying if you have never visited Imperial Cars it is worth the trip and great place to purchase a vehicle! We arrived and was greeted by Firas Ektilah, he was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like this guys been our friend for years. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in, for a price that we were comfortable with, no hassles, just courteous, polite and relaxed negotiations. Also want to mention David Boratyn and Omar Ihjul. David helped with our trade-in and Omar assisted with financing and lets just say, he knows his numbers and we both learned something new about the process. Firas, David and Omar Ihjul are all professional, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We most definitely will return to Imperial Cars for our future purchases and highly recommend them to our family and friends. More

I recommend reaching out to Patrick if you do visit this dealer. Working with him was a very positive experience. Throughout the process he was helpful, honest, friendly, and very patient. I never had the sense that he was trying to pressure me in any way - Patrick presented the options that I walked in the door and wanted to see, talked frankly about the benefits and drawbacks to those options, and let me come to my own conclusions. He has continued to provide great service after the deal was made. The other team members that I interacted with (Omar, Bruce) were friendly, professional, no-nonsense guys. Both had great senses of humor and provided good customer service. Both were easy to work with. I would recommend working with this team at Imperial Chevrolet if you are in the market for a vehicle. Buying 2017 Chevorolet Colorado I went to Imperial Chevorolet in Mendon to find out what I could get for a trade in. I was met in parking lot by Chris Mac Mcintyre in the parking lot. I've to say he's the friendliest salesperson I've ever met. He walked me around to the type of trucks we were interested in. He explained the GMC rebates or the 0% finaciancing. After looking around we say in his cubicle and he found the truck at his deck very quickly it had everything we were looking for. The trade in was fair but the the rebate he explained was the seal in,the deal. I was so happy that Chris let me take the truck home for awhile and for a ride with hubby. I went back to Imperial and Chris made us the best deal on our new truck. 2x hours later we drove the car off the lot. He really made our buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership. & Chris went above and beyond to make us happy. We even received a $25.00 gift card for the Mendon Diner. More

Dave called the cont First of all, we heard about a fantastic deal on a 2013 Camaro Convertible at the Imperial Chevrolet dealership through CarGurus. Dave called the contact phone number and spoke with Chris, the internet contact person from Imperial Chevrolet. We scheduled an appointment for Friday June 16th with Dave, but by the time we got to the dealership at 6:30pm on Friday, Bruce was there to assist us. Josh was the first to greet us at the dealership. After test driving, talking, laughing and making a great deal, we met with Omar. On Monday we got the check from our bank and met with Josh again. Josh really was wonderful and worked really hard for us. All the back and forth phone calls and paperwork. He was always available, answered his phone every time. Josh, Bruce and Omar are a real awesome team. They made buying a car a real pleasant experience. Josh went out of the way to make sure the windshield was replaced, the wires in the trunk were fixed. Very relaxed, helpful and enjoyable I went to Imperial recently after seeing a car that I was interested in online. The dealership was a hour away from me. I went there expecting to just take a look but I ended up buying the car and leaving it with it that day. And I am not an impulse buyer! Firas was great. In the medical community uses the term 'bedside manner' to describe great empathic care. I wish there were a similar term for non-medical professionals. From the moment I engaged with the dealership - from Chris on the phone, Bruce who I was to meet at the dealership, Firas, and Omar, the Business Manager who did my financing - the entire team exudes something positive and usually elusive at car dealerships. To plagiarize another dealer's commercial, I never felt like they, and particularly Firas, were trying to sell me car, but rather they were helping me buy one. More
