I went to Imperial Chevrolet to see the car I am interested in buying . Firas greeted me within moments of pulling into the lot. I was hesitant at first because I had my mind set on the car I wanted. He helped me through the entire process. I was able to take the car for a test ride around town. I absolutely fell in love with a vehicle I had no intention of even looking at. It was a done deal! Firas was able to work on pricing with me by finding an internet offer that we could apply! I worked with Omar in the financing department and he was amazing! He was able to get me a fantastic rate! He made it a smooth process! He explained thoroughly all the packages I was able to add on. I had a wonderful experience and with the work of Firas and Omar, I was able to drive home with my dream car! This is the second car I have purchased with Imperial Chevrolet! I have no complaints!! Our salesman, Paul Macchi, was fantastic. So many car dealerships and salesman seem dishonest and like they are trying to get one over on you. I never got that impression at IMPERIAL and especially with dealerships and salesman seem dishonest and like they are trying to get one over on you.
