I really enjoyed working with Omar! He was super knowledgable about the car, and let me test drive two different models I was deciding between. Such a kind and easy guy to get along with! Exceptional customer service and an exceedingly fair dealership. I wish I had come here sooner. I made the mistake of going to two other Mazda dealerships before I came to Tustin Mazda. I dealt initia dealership. I wish I had come here sooner. I made the mistake of going to two other Mazda dealerships before I came to Tustin Mazda. I dealt initially with Omar Jassy and the majority of the time was with Janell Keough. Both Omar and Janell were very friendly and professionally courteous. Janell really took the time to show me all the tech features in the vehicle as I was upgrading from a 2009 Honda CR-V that didn't even have bluetooth. The dealership really took their time to get to know me and my needs, but perhaps what really put them at the top of my list is the fact that they were the only Mazda dealership to offer me a genuinely fair price on my trade-in. No games, no upselling, no secret aftermarket costs, etc. Just a legitimately fair transaction between two parties....how refreshing to work with a dealership that really cares about their customers, especially during this crazy automotive market! I can honestly say after this experience that I feel like a real member of the Mazda family and Tustin Mazda now has a long-time repeat customer....thanks again for all your help, guys! More

I had a great experience at Tustin Mazda. I first contacted the dealership looking to sell my truck and Omar Jasso quickly reached out to help. He was very friendly and eager to help. Because of this, I decided to also go to the dealership and test drive some new cars. I had no clue what I wanted and Omar took his time to learn more about me, my budget, and how I would use the car. Based on that info, he recommended the Mazda3 and CX-30 and we drove them both. I could not buy that day because I am in the process of buying a house and had to speak to my loan officer first but as soon as I received the approval to move forward I set up another appointment. When I came back, I decided on the Mazda3 Hatchback and the sales process was seamless. From beginning to end, Omar went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and he kept me informed every step of the way. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership and that was due to the outstanding customer service provided by Omar and the rest of the team at Tustin Mazda. It was awesome working with Omar and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More
