Zero if possible. Customer service was nonexistent, the car was in service for 2 months and I never received any calls with updates. I had to escalate everything to Ki Customer service was nonexistent, the car was in service for 2 months and I never received any calls with updates. I had to escalate everything to Kia headquarters to get it back. After they called them, I got my car back two days later. Very Disappointed More

I had a wonderful experience at Hollywood KIa. I use a walker and everyone was very accommodating. My only issue was that the sales person never asked how much of a down payment I wanted to make I use a walker and everyone was very accommodating. My only issue was that the sales person never asked how much of a down payment I wanted to make. It wasn’t until I was almost done with the Finance Person that I realized this. As a result my monthly payment is $646.09. He was also going to look into getting me a cargo net and a window visor. However I never heard back from him on these items. I would like to give him a 4.5 rating. Yes, I would recommend Hollywood Kia. More
