My keys were misplaced for a few hours. Omar my Service rep and Orlando Service Manager were very apologetic. Provided me with a loaner as my keys were not found after waiting an hour. When I called the woman in Service Department gave me an attitude d as they were closing in six minutes! As I was insisting to speak to Orlando, she informed me they were closing in 4 minutes..etc. This aggravated me more than the inconvenience of not having my vehicle due to a problem locating my keys! Orlando and Omar could not have been any more concerned, professional, apologetic and kind, helpful and embarrassed regarding the missing keys. The young lady however, was very concerned about going home instead of simply giving Orlando a message to call me as that was all I was asking for. Giving me a countdown of how many minutes till closing time was not my concern. Giving a message to Orlando to call me did not require excuses why she couldn’t More
