Regarding your visit, our technician completed the subframe extension recall, and the vehicle was road-tested to ensure it was functioning properly. Our technician identified a leaking rear airbag strut and recommended replacing both airbags along with the level sensors. We understand that two days later, you encountered issues with the rear suspension.
Scott B. reached out to your wife to inform her of the findings, and I followed up with you on Monday. I advised that while Mercedes-Benz covers the frame under the recall, contacting MB customer service might be a good step, and we’re here to assist further based on their response.
Our Service Manager Orlando also tried to connect with you and left a message yesterday. I see that you’ve picked up the vehicle, and we haven’t heard back from you yet. Please know that we’re committed to resolving any issues you may have, and we’re here to help in any way possible.

My keys were misplaced for a few hours.

When I called the woman in Service Department gave me an attitude d as they were closing in six minutes! As I was insisting to speak to Orlando, she informed me they were closing in 4 minutes..etc. This aggravated me more than the inconvenience of not having my vehicle due to a problem locating my keys! Orlando and Omar could not have been any more concerned, professional, apologetic and kind, helpful and embarrassed regarding the missing keys. The young lady however, was very concerned about going home instead of simply giving Orlando a message to call me as that was all I was asking for. Giving me a countdown of how many minutes till closing time was not my concern. Giving a message to Orlando to call me did not require excuses why she couldn’t
