I love Benzel Bush customer service, but this time was not as expected. The representative was not very helpful either on my car selection and/or delivering the vehicle. I have been trying to buy a car for a couple of months and he never was available. I ended up buying a BMW SUV because he was not able to even reply to my emails or call me back on my phone after multiple attempts. This vehicle I was able to buy it because my daughter needed a car and I just got it for her. You guys had set high standards that ia had received in the past in regards to customer service. I am going to return another car at the end of this month and I hope it turns into a better experience. I know the service there is one of the best in the market. I just did not have the right person to work with me. Thank you! More
