I love Benzel Bush customer service, but this time was not as expected. The representative was not very helpful either on my car selection and/or delivering the vehicle. I have been trying to buy a car fo not as expected. The representative was not very helpful either on my car selection and/or delivering the vehicle. I have been trying to buy a car for a couple of months and he never was available. I ended up buying a BMW SUV because he was not able to even reply to my emails or call me back on my phone after multiple attempts. This vehicle I was able to buy it because my daughter needed a car and I just got it for her. You guys had set high standards that ia had received in the past in regards to customer service. I am going to return another car at the end of this month and I hope it turns into a better experience. I know the service there is one of the best in the market. I just did not have the right person to work with me. Thank you! More

We cannot express how thankful we are to Joe and Orlando for all they did for us. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but never had such a positive experience as this purchase. A close friend introduced me to Joe and from the first phone call the process just kept getting better and better. Honest and trustworthy are just two words to mind, aside from just being a super nice guy. Great car, great price, great people. I NEVER thought I could afford a Mercedes but Joe made it happen, and like I said, what a guy. Thank you all so much I cant wait to recommend you all to others. Be Well More
