Having to take your car to the service department usually makes people a bit nervous. She made me feel very comfortable, spoke to me with respect, and treated me like I was important not just a customer but as a person. The service team was very fast and efficient with my repair, so shout to them as well. I have already recommended this location because of my experience. Thank you Greenway Kia East!!! More

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Greenway Kia today. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for this morning, but the experience fell far below expectations. After I declined additional upsell services, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed. I had also received an email stating that the oil change included a free tire rotation, yet they questioned this and required me to provide a screenshot, which should have already been noted in my account. Despite having a 10:30 appointment, I was told the service would take approximately three hours, which is unreasonable given that I had a scheduled time. When I asked about a ride home, I was informed they would not accommodate me because I live 5.5 miles away, exceeding their 5-mile limit. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very frustrating experience. More

To the General Manager, ? I am writing to formally document a deeply unsettling experience at your service department involving Service Advisor Oscar. ?We brought our 2021 Kia I am writing to formally document a deeply unsettling experience at your service department involving Service Advisor Oscar. ?We brought our 2021 Kia Soul in for a simple manufacturer reset ($99) after replacing a sensor (Part 39220G). And we could not restet it had to be done by Kia. Oscar informed us that a thermostat (Part 1338BB) also needed replacement. He explicitly stated it was covered under warranty and scheduled the repair for 3/13. However, upon arrival, the story changed: we were told the warranty had expired and the cost would be over $600. The worst part? I went to their own Parts Department to buy the part ourselves, and the gentleman there told me the repair wasn't even necessary. He showed me via the engine diagram that the sensor we already fixed was the actual issue and that the service side was essentially trying to sell us a part we didn't need, and that thermostat is a rear fix on these models. They clearly thought two women coming in for a 'quick reset' would be an easy target for an upcharge. My trust was a gift, not a flaw—their attempt to exploit it shows a total lack of integrity.
