Greenway Kia East replaced the horn in my 2025 Kia Soul. Two standouts were Gina and Fin. They stayed in constant contact with me. Provided a rental due to the part being unavailable nationwide. I was particularly disappointed with the service I had received. Oscar in particular was clueless about what was going on the entire time I had interacted with him. I gave him very specific directions for received. Oscar in particular was clueless about what was going on the entire time I had interacted with him. I gave him very specific directions for what I needed done and he had disregarded them and proceeded to add extra services on top of what I had explicitly limited him to. Then, he added charges to the service without my approval or permission. Additionally, he was unaware of which vehicle was mine. It just shows me how little they actually care about their customers, especially Oscar. I was very underwhelmed with this dealership and will not be using their services moving forward. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did. There are other Kia dealerships in Orlando that do not have these issues. More
