The gentleman showed me the vehicle I was interested in, & the others he had available. I was able to test drive it, & went in to talk numbers. The dealer showed me that I could own a new Tundra for about $80 more in the color I wanted, & the package I wanted with everything I had asked for. Finance made it happen. I walked out with the truck I had really wanted for years. Oscar & Edgar made it happen for me. No hassle, very nice buying experience. More

Nightmare As soon as I completed signing the paperwork for the leasing agreement I was brought to a table and told their was a hole drilled into the gas tank of As soon as I completed signing the paperwork for the leasing agreement I was brought to a table and told their was a hole drilled into the gas tank of the vehicle I was purchasing, therefore I couldn't take the vehicle until it was replaced. The latter incident was the second new vehicle I purchased that had damage to it. To say the least I was not happy! The initial vehicle I purchase was also damage in the interior with scratches on the radio, chrome, and touch screen. Craig Edwards was willing to sell me the vehicle without acknowledging the damage. I was cleaning the vehicle when I noticed the damage and immediately notified the dealership. I have never had a purchasing experience even close to what I experienced at Lancaster Toyota, therefore I cannot recommend the dealership, and probably drive to Frontier Toyota in the city of Valencia for any service. Joseph, Craig's supervisor also attempted to intimidate me with his sales tactics that is why I insisted I would not do business with the dealership if he was involved with the sale. Oscar Garcia step in and was a great help along with Teresa Caso. Also, I didn't get a satisfactory explanation as to why the vehicle's I was trying to purchase was damaged, and furthermore I believe their is a saboteur, an employee that hasn't been caught yet, so why would I take my vehicle for service or buy another vehicle knowing someone could possibly strike again. More
