Oscar was so professional and easy to work with! So enjoyable and not pushy. Would definitely recommend him. This was the last of many dealerships we visited for this vehicle purchase. We were actually having second thoughts on purchasing another car from a different dealership and decided to check out Volvo since vehicle purchase. We were actually having second thoughts on purchasing another car from a different dealership and decided to check out Volvo since we had previously owned an S-80. Oscar was on the lot taking care of another task for the dealership and let us know he would be happy to help us with information. One thing led to another and we did a test drive. He did some quick inventory checking and we told him we would sleep on it and call him in a day or so. We slept on it, changed our color scheme, and asked Oscar to track down our new interest. That evening we did the deal with him and the follow on paperwork with Rachael. A very painless deal More

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Crest Volvo with Oscar Morales! I typically hate buying a car because of how I get treated as a woman. Oscar was so nice, accommodating, making sure I was always with Oscar Morales! I typically hate buying a car because of how I get treated as a woman. Oscar was so nice, accommodating, making sure I was always comfortable, offered me water, and just went way above and beyond! This was my first Crest Volvo purchase and I will definitely be a return customer! I will add he spent time in the car showing me all the features it has and how to customize it before I left the dealership. I've never had anyone take the time to do that, and even offered for me to return if I needed help with it a day or two later. You have an excellent salesman in Oscar Morales!
