Punctuality is good, service is decent, quality of work is good. Standard service for vehicles concerns me. Even if it’s a standard service, there is still a a multi point assessment that seems more like a is good. Standard service for vehicles concerns me. Even if it’s a standard service, there is still a a multi point assessment that seems more like a check the box approach versus really doing the inspection. A 45k inspection just done did not reveal a glaringly obvious issue that should have been addressed. Now, I will have to bring the truck back multiple times and thankfully it’s not super hot because I won’t have any airconditioning until issue is resolved. I drive all the way to Henderson even though I live in the Northwest because this dealership has always been my dealership. 3 trucks over 15 years. More
