Have the sales people I'm not too impressed with they seem to not really look out for the best interest of the customer. I got a 2025 rogue I have excellent excellent credit. I have a new Nissan Altima I purchased from Auto nation Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a VW from Auto Nation and Findley VW did honor the first oil change and never asked where I bought it at. I thought the first oil change was a Nissan policy not a Auto Nation policy. 1. Communication system to set up an appointment doesn't work. Had to tell service agent everything that was said previously to call center.
