Oscar was great. Service was timely. Not happy with cashier experience. I have to return for a refund. Cashier told me my maintenance agreement expired and charge Service was timely. In the old days the service rep would verbally give you a brief synopsis of what was done to the car. I guess those days are over. After being told my car was ready, I spent an inordinate amount of time brief synopsis of what was done to the car. I guess those days are over. After being told my car was ready, I spent an inordinate amount of time in front of the cashier's office - first, waiting for someone to arrive, then waiting for my payment to go through the system. In all my years dealing with Al Hendrickson, this was the first time I experienced this delay. So, I will chalk it up to the COVID gremlins. Thanks for your service. Bryan More
