Oscar alerted me of a recall for my 2018 Camry and he put things in motion to get the repairs done in an efficient manner. I appreciate the free rental option while car was in for service. IMPORTANT: I was disappointed with the rental from Enterprise. The car had an unbearable, awful stench; the seats were dirty; the steering wheel was so dirty, a second wiping left the rag dirt brown. I hope Toyota let them know that is not the quality of service loyal Toyota Customers are used to and that they offer cleaner cars to customers. More
