Eric from the very outset of our contact was professional and courteous. When I had picked out the model and color he said as soon as one came in he would notify me. He took the Vin number of the current veh and courteous. When I had picked out the model and color he said as soon as one came in he would notify me. He took the Vin number of the current vehicle so he could run the numbers so I could get a baseline on the monthly payment . He called and said he had a vehicle in and I drove to his location , upon arriving though he apologized and said the vehicle was sold , first come first serve . I was upset as they had no other car in that model with the color combination I wanted . He went to ask his boss about something and in a few minutes came back and told me that his boss had called the other dealer branch and they had a car just like what I wanted . So the price was right and they had the car in about an hour and a half . We did all of the paperwork while the car was detailed . Eric had a great attitude and was genuinely concerned about his customers happiness with the buying experience at the dealership.
