I understand this is just a typical response, every time I go to this dealership we are treated substandard. And I also saw it ,when a tow truck operator was trying to find out where he should pick up a Mercedes they just blew him off like he was nothing. So I really don't believe anything is going to happen just had to give my honest review. I live in Taylor so this is the closest dealership to me that's why I have to tough it out.

As a former Mgr for Bridgestone/Firestone I have a high bar of customer service expectations and Osmary and the Service Advisor staff met them. When my Wife and I picked up the car we probably spent 10 minutes talking/ joking around with her and another Advisor making us feel appreciated. Great experience except the bill LOL.
