Service in time of need My vehicle broke down while a friend was driving it. I told her to get it towed to 94 Nissan and ask for Torrey and he would take care of things as I My vehicle broke down while a friend was driving it. I told her to get it towed to 94 Nissan and ask for Torrey and he would take care of things as I was still at work. She did and when I was able to get to the dealership, I took my extended warranty information so we could get the process of repair rolling. Torrey was already on top of things. He made all necessary calls and communication to the warranty company to get things squared away to get the repairs done. Otis and Booker worked with me about the possibility of trading the car in for a new car, and we walked through those options but decided to hold off as it wouldn't be the best thing to do right now. I was pleased to know they kept my best interest at heart. I visited with Vino to add an extended warranty to the vehicle I am currently driving and that also went over smoothly. These guys are like extended family to me. They take care of and look after me and my cars! More

Pastor O provided exceptional service and made me aware of the whole car purchasing process. He also gave me a tour of all the departments with in the dealersh provided exceptional service and made me aware of the whole car purchasing process.
