I was in the market for a 2023 Kia Sportage SX Prestige and this dealer was literally the only dealer in the tri-state area that was selling them with no markup, I called 20+ other dealers and all had mark and this dealer was literally the only dealer in the tri-state area that was selling them with no markup, I called 20+ other dealers and all had markups ranging from $1k to $4k. Ouafaa gave me a really good price even though I was paying in full with no trade-in rather than leasing or financing. Put a deposit down and ar was ready for pickup in less than 2 weeks. Ouafaa helped explain all the car functionality to me during pickup. There was also zero pressure to buy any dealer accessories, I said "no" to any extra warranties and that was that. Other than the mandatory fees, there were a dealer fee and a VIN etching fee. But most dealers also charge that so not too big of a deal. More
