Executive KIA is my dealer of choice "bar none", and here's why: Three years ago, I returned a 2020 KIA Sorento SX and wanted a new car. Ouafaa Kouhaila, their premier Sales Consultant, did a fantastic here's why: Three years ago, I returned a 2020 KIA Sorento SX and wanted a new car. Ouafaa Kouhaila, their premier Sales Consultant, did a fantastic job getting me a great deal on the returning Sorento, making it possible to get into a Telluride. She also gave me a great price on the new 2022 Telluride SX Prestige - Night Fall edition, at less than $1K over MSRP when other dealerships were selling Tellurides at $8-10K over MSRP. I never had to hassle for the deal, and I was very happy with the Telluride, which I always serviced at Executive KIA. Fast forward three years, and my Telluride was approaching the end of the lease. Ouafaa reached out to me, remembering me and offering to help me get a new car, possibly for less. I made an appointment, and she came in on her day off to assess my situation. We hugged like old friends, and it felt like family. I went there quietly thinking I might have to downgrade because this time I had lots of extra miles on the odometer and would have to pay extra for that. Despite having put nearly 15K over my allowance of 45K, Executive KIA inspected the car and, after some persuasion by Ouafaa, Mike the General Sales Manager offered me a price well beyond expectations. I nearly fell off the chair. I ended up just $500 shy of what the value would be at 45K miles! Ouafaa also found me the same trim 2025 Telluride SX Prestige with the exact exterior/interior color combination my wife and I wanted, at nearly $1000 under MSRP. With $6K down, I got into a new lease only about $45 per month higher than the old car. I took possession of the new Telluride yesterday, and it's silky smooth, quieter, and more composed on the road. It's a total luxury item offered at a non-luxury price by a sales team that truly cares for its customers. Lots of heartfelt thanks to Ouafaa Kouhaila – Sales Consultant extraordinaire – Michael Schweikert – General Sales Manager, and the one and only Carlos Trindade – the Finance Manager. We talked about the different Sorentos until I decided on exactly which one I wanted. We then went over numerous financing options and she was more than willing to answer all my questions and to help out where she could. Ultimately, I felt like I got a good price on the vehicle and Ouafaa definitely helped out with some rebates and discounts. After the sale was complete, the General Mamager Michael came out and spoke with me briefly to thank me for my purchase and asked about my experience, which I thought was a nice touch.
