Made the appointment a month+ in advance, necessary parts to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. This is hugely inconvenient, takes multiple hours out of my day, had to rearrange kids' carpool schedule, etc. and is entirely and easily avoidable. More
