We went in thinking we were walking out with yet another used vehicle, boy we were wrong, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to look at new inventory and Luke made it work for us to drive away in a 2017!!!! We had a trade in vehicle that we were very upside down on. They offered the right amount for the used car which in return landed us in our beautiful sporty new vehicle. I have had awful experiences in the past, but this experience has made me change my attitude towards car dealerships. I WILL be returning in the future to buy my next vehicle. I now have a dealership i trust, they are real people that are true and are willing to go to extraordinary lengths to get you what you are looking for. More

Andrew Hartell- Best Salesman I've Ever Worked With My husband was having his vehicle serviced and was able to let me test drive different vehicles I was interested in. When we went to pick up his vehic My husband was having his vehicle serviced and was able to let me test drive different vehicles I was interested in. When we went to pick up his vehicle I started talking to a salesman, Andrew Hartell, about one of my test drive vehicles (Jeep Grand Cherokee). It was always a car that I liked. We started to price out the Grand Cherokees and I realized they were out of my price range. I didn't realized that Jeep had a Cherokee instead of a Grand Cherokee. I was in a leased Chevy car that I was anxious to get out of. I still had a little over a year on the lease. Andrew went above and beyond to help me get into the Cherokee Limited that I wanted. He worked with me to get me to a price I was comfortable with. I thought I was only able to lease the vehicle again and Ozzie Sanchez the Finance Manager helped me get into the Jeep Cherokee Limited by purchasing it instead of leasing it. I feel that Andrew, Ozzie and the management staff made me feel like I was a priority and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. I would suggest not only Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone interested in getting a vehicle but more importantly I would suggest everyone to work with Andrew Hartell. More
