First used car I bought at the store had severe issues (Mechanical with differential gear an electric LED Lights front inoperative). Both issues were iaw sales person not identified upon doing a 100+ poin (Mechanical with differential gear an electric LED Lights front inoperative). Both issues were iaw sales person not identified upon doing a 100+ point inspection prior sale. According to sales person both issues arised upon leaving the dealership after 1.5 hrs. Possible but very unlikely to happen in my mind. For a 40k$ + car not acceptable. I made use of the 72 hrs return/exchange policy of the store which is advertised on the dealer’s web page and on every add online! Sales person was not aware of that policy upon me confronting him with the previously bought vehicle. Acted overall stressed all day causing an uncomfortable shopping experience while I was looking for different altenatives of new cars in exchange of the pre-owned car (60k$). Fortunately the selection of cars at this dealership is great. Overall I‘m happy with the new vehicle, but in my world customer service looks very different. More
