My Husband and I went in to Advantage Friday night to look at a used Subaru. Everyone at the facility was pleasant. We noticed when we were test driving the vehicle there was considerable road noise comi look at a used Subaru. Everyone at the facility was pleasant. We noticed when we were test driving the vehicle there was considerable road noise coming from the back. Our salesman Paolo was kind enough to write into our contract that the dealer owes an inspection on the issue and that the dealer would eat the cost. We were able to purchase the vehicle for what I needed. I took the vehicle back in Saturday morning to have the road noise inspected. Turns out those back tires needed to be replaced. RJ and Chad were great in getting the tires installed at no cost to me. I was appreciative especially being a woman going in for service myself to a new dealer. I thanked them for their kindness and thoroughness even when it wasnt a chevy i purchased from them. Excellent experience. -S.Medina More
