The advisors sit down with you and let you know how well your vehicle is doing, and if there maybe something that needs addressing. I've never had work done that was not neccessary. More

Good service Pedro was really helpful and nice. However kind of disappointed but it my fault for not checking in the truck when I got the car. There was no jac Pedro was really helpful and nice. However kind of disappointed but it my fault for not checking in the truck when I got the car. There was no jack in there. Also the humming sound I’ve been driving for a year now. Just got new battery but now I think having issue with the alternator and I only put 10k on this for. But it’s part of buying a used car. Over all I will still come for service. More

Didn't Start Well But Ended Well I called to report that a brand new tire I purchased had gone flat in my garage when wife was headed for work. I was informed curtly by lady on phone I called to report that a brand new tire I purchased had gone flat in my garage when wife was headed for work. I was informed curtly by lady on phone that I would NOT be provided a replacement if there were punctures on side of tire as well as several other possibilities for non replacement. I was then informed to change my own tire and come over to Maita for tire inspection. This was most upsetting & not reassuring. After changing my tire and driving to Maita, the service rep informed me after tire inspection that my tire would in fact be replaced but that the replacement was on back order & I would be contacted when the tire arrived. Three days later, after repeated calls to the service rep (when I never was able to actually speak to the service rep; I could only leave voice messages or requests for return call), I called another person at Maita & informed him of my plight. Within a half hour from speaking with him, I received a call from Maita's Nicole who informed me quite efficiently and respectfully that my tire was ready. I drove in for the replacement and Nicole continued to serve me with the professionalism, courtesy & efficiency that I had come to expect after more than 10 years of doing business with Maita. More
