Good Morning, I apologize for our lack of communication and our lack of empathy. I received your survey response noting the dissatisfaction with the pricing for replacing a stop lamp bulb in your 2010 Corolla. I agree that $60.00 to replace a simple bulb is quite a bit more than I would expect to pay for what appears to be a simple repair. Unfortunately, with the advent of technology and automobile manufacturers designing more amenities and creature comforts into even the most basic of automobiles, we find some repairs that were simple even 15 years ago now require additional time to complete. So much so, that I am no longer able to replace burnt out bulbs as a courtesy for our customers due to the cost of parts and the intrusive nature of most replacement operations. The stop lamp bulb in your Corolla shows four main steps in our repair manual to get to the lamp assembly in order to replace the bulb. I believe that we did not take the opportunity to explain or show the repair steps to you and went straight to discounting our technician's labor time.
