From our salesman, to the finance manager, the person who shows you around the car, and the tech guy who teaches you everything about the technology, they all carry the values and culture of the dealership. We shopped several other Toyota dealers in the area, and while the people seemed friendly, they were not set apart like the Toyota of Rockwall team. The other dealers showed me a card listing their dealership values so I could see them. The Rockwall guys didn't show me a list of values, but I'm confident that I could name most or all of their values based on the consistency with which we experienced them from every team member. More
