Great customer service I lost the key lock for my tires and Pam went above and beyond to help me with the dilemma. I received new tires as a gift and the establishment wher I lost the key lock for my tires and Pam went above and beyond to help me with the dilemma. I received new tires as a gift and the establishment where they were purchased could not change the tires since the key lock was missing. I called Circle Infiniti and Pam not only fit me in but had my tires changed and got me a new key lock....all on my birthday! More

Unfortunately, I needed to administer that test much sooner than expected. Pam at Circle Infiniti, however, aced that test! She displayed a perfect balance of professionalism and familiarity that made me feel both welcomed and respected. My issue took a few visits to accurately diagnose and resolve, and Pam provided excellent follow up and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Frank, the service manager was equally pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Circle to anyone interested in an Infiniti. Did I mention I live 80 miles from this dealership? More

Above and beyond service I walked out of my office after an insanely busy day at work with a corporate meeting in a half hour to find my rear tire is flat. this is at 5:45 pm. I walked out of my office after an insanely busy day at work with a corporate meeting in a half hour to find my rear tire is flat. this is at 5:45 pm. called circle infiniti, discussed this with them, within 15 minutes they had a tow truck pick up my car drive it there (all their courtesy) provide me with a loaner (obviously no previous call or reservation made), everything there done under 2 minutes, made it to my meeting, next day by 12 tire was fixed, air filters done, oil changed. the accommodations that were provided by all the staff especially Pam Crisafulli and Ann Trapani was simply above and beyond. its because of them two that i will never go anywhere else for my future leases and services. you guys are lifesavers. More

Outstanding Assistance with car locked with engine running I left my car at Little Silver railroad station with engine running and door locked. Took train to Newark Airport where police called me about the pro I left my car at Little Silver railroad station with engine running and door locked. Took train to Newark Airport where police called me about the problem as I boarded flight. Called Circle service and both Pam and John were able to arrange for car to be picked up at train station and delivered to Circle Infiniti to turn off engine. I retrieved my car when I returned three days later and was amazed when Pam told me there would be "no charge" for their work. What amazing service and I am truly appreciative. My wife and I both have 2013 Infiniti's and will keep doing business with Circle as long as possible. More

Continued Exceptional Service @ Circle Infiniti! I purchased my EX35 from Circle Infiniti in 2010, and have continued patronizing Circle Infiniti for ongoing service and maintenance on my vehicle. My most recent service appointments have been managed by Sal Graziano, who has been a pleasure to work with both times, and is always extremely accommodating of my hectic schedule and budget. I've previously worked with Pam Crisafulli, who also provides equally exceptional service. It is also always a pleasure to be greeted by Yuri, the gentleman who handles drop-off/pick-up. While I hope to have my well-used and loved car for a few more years, I fully intend to make Circle Infiniti my first stop when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More

I was met by Pamela Crisafulli whom I have known since 2009 when I purchased my first car from Circle Infiniti. This is my second car which I bought from the same dealership. The reason is that Circle Infiniti has a very nice and knowledgeable staff and they treat you very well. Pamela is one of them. All of my experiences with Circle, from the time I purchased my vehicle there back in 2010 to date, have been nothing short of highly positive, with a consistent level of the utmost excellence in customer service from all members of Circle's staff I have had the pleasure to speak with. Every advisor at Circle Infiniti I have been helped by was always very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Circle's service staff has always "seen me" as a person, not just another customer walking through the door needing their car fixed. Ann, John, Pam and Sal are a tremendous credit to Circle's service team, as are Frank and Kevin. The technicians at Circle have always addressed any repairs needed without fail and left me with the confidence that my vehicle was well taken care and fixed right the first time. I highly recommend Circle to anyone looking for an Infiniti as well as to any existing Infiniti owners who are looking for reliable, dependable, and highly customer-oriented service. More
