It was time to trade my 2019 F150 from Ganley Ford, so, Pam met my wife and I at the door to the new location in Parma. She was great! Listened to what my interests were, and brought vehicles to us to test Pam met my wife and I at the door to the new location in Parma. She was great! Listened to what my interests were, and brought vehicles to us to test drive. We decided on the Explorer ST. John Ruper worked up a great deal, and traded for the color we wanted. We enjoyed our experience at the new home of Ken Ganley Ford. We’ll tell our Ford friends to come and see Pam and John! More

We purchased a Ford Escape with the help of Pam. And the whole experience was wonderful. She made everything as easy as possible for us. Also there were two minor cosmetic things we didn’t like. The And the whole experience was wonderful. She made everything as easy as possible for us. Also there were two minor cosmetic things we didn’t like. They went ahead and scheduled a repair for them and gave us a loner car free of charge. When our vehicle was picked up they also washed it for us. So yes Ken Ganley Ford has wonderful staff and we will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle. More
