Bur Demitra was great and the staff was great she walked me through the process she didn't give up whenever the insurance company kept asking for more thing's and she won. She was respectful professional and kind the entire 2 weeks my car was there. If you own a Audi and you looking for service choose Audi of silver springs ask for Dimitra tell her Roberta T dent you .
