Pre-ordered a new Audi several months ago. Tom kept me up to date on the progress of the car. The experience upon delivery was great. There was no pressure to purchase options other than an explanation of what additional protections were available. The car was ready and the whole process was very quick. I certainly would go to Tom whenever we need a new car.
Audi of Silver Spring has also provided excellent service as this is the second car we have purchased from them in 2018. We have only had one standard service visit to date and they were quick and contacted us when the car was ready. We also had a trailer hitch installed on the Q5 at that time. They did a great job and were reasonable on costs. We're happy with Tom and the dealership./

Purchased my Audi new at another dealership, but have been bringing it to Audi Silver Spring for the past four plus years because of the excellent service. Never once have I had to bring the vehicle back because repairs were not done correctly the first time. The service staff are polite and knowledgeable, and have never tried to talk me into repairs that weren’t necessary. I highly recommend the service department at Audi Silver Spring!
I have been coming to this dealership for service for over 10 years and each experience gets better and better. The Service Department is always clean and all of the Service Technicians are extremely helpful. This was my first experience with Julie and she was tha BEST. She provided exceptional customer service and answered all of my questions so efficiently. Her attention to detail was on point which made this experience so amazing!

I have owned an Audi since 1983. I bought my Audi's from different dealerships within the Maryland area. Audi of Silver Spring MD (MileOne) is very convenient to get to for me.
I trust the service advisors I talk to. They know how I am, about my car and take care of my car like I do. I have no complaints about any repairs. Always, has been done right the first time.

Spent time to address even the simplest question and genuinely cared about making this process effortless for me. Sam Wright the finance manager was very helpful and patient. What a great team!
