Extremely let down after my previous good review. While they were "working" on my car, they couldn't diagnose the issue. The general manager, Gary, drove the car and immediately said he had it figure While they were "working" on my car, they couldn't diagnose the issue. The general manager, Gary, drove the car and immediately said he had it figured out, but that I'd have to bring the car back due to them not having a loaner vehicle. He tells me that they would call me to schedule an appointment. Fast forward a week and a half, I call them and get told that I would have to make the appointment because of a new way they deal with loaner vehicles. I make the appointment and when I show up, I get told that I'm not allowed to get a loaner vehicle because I'm under 21. Granted, I had to have a loaner vehicle 2-3 separate times. Once for over a week. Long story short, my vehicle is still has damage that was present when I purchased the car and it feels like they are attempting to dodge responsibility and throw me around the ropes on this issue. More
