He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, both about the car and about the process. He was efficient and courteous and not pushy. It was an easy experience from start to finish. I went to PREMIER Subaru after poor experiences with 2 other dealerships( not Subaru) that didn’t seem like they were very interested in selling me a car, which was very surprising in this poor economy. Parker and Premier Subaru way surpassed the prior bad experiences and they therefore got my purchase. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

I started my car-buying efforts on a Friday afternoon with a phone call to the dealership, after looking online to see that Premier had in stock the exact car I wanted. Agreed to a price over the phone via the Costco car pricing program, showed up Saturday morning with my trade-in and got the price I asked for, again with no haggling. To top it off, my financing rate was reduced from the already low rate discussed over the phone - to zero percent. It all seemed too good to be true. I was home with my new Forester less than 24 hours after my initial phone call. I highly recommend Premier! More
