Parker came to Premier Subaru after 16 years in hospitality where he worked as a Bartender, Server, and in Management positions across the country. Having worked in resort towns in Colorado and Idaho as well as in places like New Hampshire and Saratoga Springs. Originally from Martha's Vineyard, he settled into a coastline town that reminds him of home in Niantic. I fell in love with the Subaru brand the day I got into my first Subaru, a 2009 Legacy Special edition with the moon roof, since that day Subaru has been his first choice. Since Joining the Premier team at the end of 2018, Parker has worn many hats and started as a non-commissioned sales associate, Moved into the Pre-Owned department for both Kia and Subaru, and now is working as Sales Manager with the Subaru Store. In his free time he is working on completing his Masters in Project Management, enjoying all the Shoreline has to offer, and making time for his favorite New York Sports teams the Knicks, Mets, and Jets.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Outback through Premier Subaru in Branford. I have to say this was the most positive car buying experience I’ve every had. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2020 vehicle from Premier and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Our sales rep mislead us with smoke and mirrors. We thought we were getting a good deal and good packa Premier and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Our sales rep mislead us with smoke and mirrors. We thought we were getting a good deal and good package, but we in fact did not. We found out today, that we could have purchased the same vehicle with additional components for more than $500 less if we had gone to Quality Subaru in Wallingford. Not to mention that I wasn’t given much for my trade in. Premier has since had the audacity to not admit that they mislead us. To make matters worse, Premier did not honor my military Veterans discount. I will never purchase another vehicle from Premier and I will insure all of my friends and family go to law where. Stay away from this dealer at all costs. Their GM of Sales blatantly argued with me and called me a liar. Talk about great customer service. More

He had patience and understood our needs. Test drove several different models and he explained the differences I could understand. Rodney make the final buying process a breeze. Car School was neat.
