Do you want the customer service line to be answered? ? do you actually want people who know what they’re doing?? (unlike Al Packer Ford) then use Wayne Akers. I called Al packer 5 times and got hung up o ? do you actually want people who know what they’re doing?? (unlike Al Packer Ford) then use Wayne Akers. I called Al packer 5 times and got hung up on, left on hold, and transferred a million times. I said screw it and drove to Al packer, they were absolutely useless. Decided to give Wayne Akers Ford a call, within 5 minutes I had an appointment for my F250 recall, a day later they sent a Technician to my home and did the recall. Absolutely love this dealership. More
