Had engine trouble while traveling. Pat, the Service Advisor at Bellevue, said he could get us in right away. Terri in the Service Department was very friendly and helpful. Terri checked her records as to when the last time my car had been serviced and what I had done last time . She also checked to ensure when the last time I had rotated my tires, to my surprise it had been over 5,000 miles. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I have been comming to Honda Cars of Bellevue for years and I will continue to as long as I drive a HONDA ! I love their friendly customer service and great job at keeping my vehicle in safe and reliable transportation. 👍 More
